To programme IP Phones for remote users
(ALL EXAMPLE IPs ARE HIGHLIGHTED IN RED)
To programme the phones simply hold down keys 7 and 8 as the phone powers up. This will provide you with the screen to program them. Use the “Outbound key” (bottom right hand corner) to skip through the options. Use the “forward” key to jump between field items. i.e to enter 10.0.0.20 do the following :
Enter 10 – then press forward (top right) to jump to the next field item to enter the 0 and so on…….. when done press outgoing.
To program the phone with DHCP Disabled on the LAN
Programme or Default Press 1
Static IP address: 10.0.0.20. 10.0.0.28
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 10.0.0.2
Remote IPC: 217.46.191.217
UDP leave as is
TCP: leave as is
Password: leave as is
TPTF leave as is
Enable DHCP: No

Save Changes Press 1

In both examples the MAC Address of the device needs to be inserted in the endpoitn entry in system programming.
