Apply Do Not Disturb
With the Phone Manager DSS Console it is possible to set Do Not Disturb (DND) status on other users’ devices, if the ‘Team Leader’ license is being used.
To set a DND on another endpoint right click on the endpoint that is to be set in DND and then navigate to ‘Team Leader’ and then select 'Apply Do Not Disturb' from the pop-up menu and then select the desired DND message, as shown in the example below.
Remove Do Not Disturb
With the Phone Manager DSS Console it is possible to take an extension or agent out of Do Not Disturb (DND). This can be done by right clicking on the device that is currently set in DND and then navigating to ‘Team Leader’ and then to 'Remove Do Not Disturb' from the pop-up menu. The device will then be taken out of DND and placed in a free state.
