How to use Silent Monitor with Xarios Phone Manager Team Leader

To silent monitor an extension right click on the device that you require to silent monitor and navigate to ‘Team Leader’ and then select 'Silent Monitor'. Two options are then available, ‘Once’ and ‘Continuous’. To silent monitor the current call on the extension select the ‘Once’ option, the conversation on this extension will then be silent monitored on the team leader’s extension.

If you wish to silent monitor the extension continuously every time a call event takes place on the extension right click on the device that you require to silent monitor and navigate to ‘Team Leader’ and then select 'Silent Monitor'. Two options are then available, ‘Once’ and ‘Continuous’. To continuously monitor the extension select the ‘Continuous’ option. Now every time a call event takes place on the chosen extension it will be automatically silent monitored on your extension.

Note: For silent monitoring to work it is required to be set up on the phone system and the extension associated with Phone Manager.
