To send a message to a device right click on the device that you require to send a message to and navigate to ‘Team Leader’ and then select 'Send Message'.
When selected the below dialogue box will be displayed. Enter the message that is required to be sent and select 'OK'. The message will then be displayed on the device that was selected on the top two lines of their digital phone display.
Please note that if you send a message to a Hunt Group the message will be displayed on all devices logged into that Hunt Group. Messages can be sent to multiple devices by selecting multiple devices from the DSS console window.
